Study on the effect of operating room nursing pathway on joint function recovery in patients undergoing arthroscopic ligament reconstruction surgery
手术室护理路径对膝关节镜韧带重建术患者关节功能恢复的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究膝关节镜韧带重建患者采用手术室护理路径对关节功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年6月70例在我院接受膝关节镜韧带重建手术的患者作为观察对象。随机分为观察组（35例）和对照组（35例），对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施手术室护理路径。对比两组患者关节功能评分、疼痛程度及并发症发生率。结果 观察组关节功能评分显著高于对照组，并发症发生率更低，疼痛减轻。其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室护理路径对膝关节镜韧带重建术有助于关节功能恢复，减少并发症发生率，减轻疼痛。为临床护理提供了更优的模式选择，对患者康复质量具有重要有意义，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing pathway in the operating room on joint function recovery in patients undergoing arthroscopic ligament reconstruction.
Methods 70 patients who underwent knee arthroscopic ligament reconstruction surgery in our hospital from May 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the observation subjects. Randomly divided into an observation group (35 cases) and a control group (35 cases). The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received surgical room nursing pathway. Compare the joint function scores, pain levels, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results The joint function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a lower incidence of complications and reduced pain. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing pathway in the operating room is helpful for joint function recovery, reducing the incidence of complications, and alleviating pain in knee arthroscopic ligament reconstruction surgery. Providing a better mode selection for clinical nursing is of great significance for the quality of patient rehabilitation and is worth promoting and applying.
