针对性手术护理对妇科手术室护理应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析针对性手术护理对妇科手术室护理应用效果。方法 实验收入样本均为我院2023年11月至2024年11月期间收治妇科手术患者，共计人数100例，以电脑随机分组方式作为标准，将参与者均分为两组，即对照组（常规手术护理），观察组（针对性手术护理），对实施过程中两组患者相关指标数据作整理记录，结合统计学系统进行对比观察，分析针对性手术护理干预应用价值。结果 观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分及疼痛程度均低于另一组，心率、血压情况数据均优于另一组，护理满意度数据相比另一组呈现出较高优势性，组间对比P值﹤0.05，可见统计学意义。结论 妇科手术患者实施针对性手术护理干预可明显缓解其不良情绪，维持患者心率及血压水平，降低疼痛程度，提高护理满意度，整体效果确切，适合推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted surgical nursing in gynecological operating room.
Methods experimental income samples are our hospital during November 2023 to November 2024 treated gynecological surgery patients, a total of 100 cases, computer randomization as the standard, the participants are divided into two groups, namely the control group (routine surgical care), observation group (targeted surgical care), the two groups of patients related index data of records, combined with statistical system observation, analyze the application value of targeted surgical nursing intervention.
Results The anxiety and depression scores and pain degree of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the other group, and the heart rate and blood pressure data were better than those of the other group. The data of nursing satisfaction were more dominant compared with the other group. The P value was 0.05, which showed statistical significance.
Conclusion   The targeted surgical nursing intervention for gynecological surgery patients can significantly relieve their bad mood, maintain their heart rate and blood pressure level, reduce the pain degree, improve the nursing satisfaction, and the overall effect is accurate and suitable for promotion.
