江西财经大学现代经济管理学院以“红船精神”为核心理念，精心打造“红船领航 南湖聚力”党建品牌，旨在深植红色基因，确保学院沿正确政治方向坚定前行。学院通过实施以五“心”创五“新”为核心的党建工程，不仅筑牢了育人新理念，构建了管理新体系，还增强了发展新动力，开创了基层新局面，并打造了协同新优势。这一系列举措有效地将党建工作与学院各项业务深度融合，推动了学院在教育教学、科研管理、学生服务等方面的全面高质量发展。

Abstract

The Modern School of Economics and Management of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics takes the "Red Ship spirit" as the core concept, and carefully builds the party building brand of "Red ship leading South Lake Gathering Force", aiming to deeply plant the red gene and ensure that the college moves firmly in the correct political direction. Through the implementation of the party building project with five "hearts" and five "new" as the core, the college not only built a new concept of education, built a new management system, but also enhanced the new impetus for development, created a new situation at the grass-roots level, and created a new advantage of collaboration. This series of measures effectively integrated the party building work with the various businesses of the college, and promoted the comprehensive and high-quality development of the college in education, teaching, scientific research management, and student services.
