Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of critically ill pneumonia patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit
综合护理干预在重症监护室重症肺炎机械通气患者护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析综合护理干预在重症监护室重症肺炎机械通气患者护理中的临床效果。方法 选择2023年1月至2024年11月在我院重症监护室接受机械通气治疗的80例肺炎患者为研究对象，随机分为参考组和实验组，各40例，参考组接受常规护理干预，实验组接受综合护理干预，对比两组的机械通气时间、住院时间、相关性肺炎发生率以及护理满意度。结果 相较于参考组，实验组的机械通气时间及住院时间明显更短，且相关肺炎发生率明显更低（P<0.05）；实验组的护理满意度明显高于参考组（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理干预在重症监护室重症肺炎机械通气患者的护理中效果显著，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of critically ill pneumonia patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit.
Methods 80 pneumonia patients who received mechanical ventilation treatment in our intensive care unit from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time, incidence of related pneumonia, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results Compared with the reference group, the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were significantly shorter, and the incidence of related pneumonia was significantly lower (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing intervention has a significant effect on the nursing of critically ill pneumonia patients undergoing mechanical ventilation in the intensive care unit, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
