Research and clinical application of Wentong Sanyu Pill combined with Aitongning gel plaster in the treatment of cancer pain
自拟温通散瘀丸联合癌痛宁凝胶贴膏治疗癌痛研究与临床应用

摘要

目的 观察温通散瘀丸联合癌痛宁凝胶贴膏治疗癌痛患者的生存质量的影响。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年8月在我院接受治疗的90例中重度癌痛患者，将其随机分为治疗组（45例）和对照组（45例）。所有患者给予曲马多缓释片止痛治疗，治疗组加用温通散瘀丸联合癌痛宁凝胶贴膏经络治疗，观察并比对两组疼痛焦虑SAS评分、健康状况KPS评分、疼痛NRS评分以及不良反应发生率。结果 两组治疗后 SAS评分差异有统计学意义，治疗组疼痛的缓解优于对照组，但两组差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞0.05）；治疗组与对照组比较，治疗组健康状态明显好于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。治疗组与对照组患者的不良反应发生率比对无明显差异，两组差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞0.05）。结论 温通散瘀丸联合癌痛宁凝胶贴膏治疗癌痛虽不能较阿片类药物明显改善患者的疼痛，但对于改善症状和心理焦虑有明显好转，值得进一步大规模临床观察及实验药理研究。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Wentong Sanyu Pill combined with Aitongning gel plaster on the quality of life of cancer pain patients.
Methods Ninety patients with moderate to severe cancer pain who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to August 2024 were randomly divided into a treatment group (45 cases) and a control group (45 cases). All patients were treated with tramadol sustained-release tablets to relieve pain. The treatment group was additionally treated with Wentong Sanyu Pill combined with Aitongning gel plaster for meridians. The pain anxiety SAS score, health status KPS score, pain NRS score and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed and compared.
Results There was a statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups after treatment, and the pain relief in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared with the control group, the health status of the treatment group was significantly better, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Wentong Sanyu pill combined with Aitongning gel plaster can not significantly improve the pain of patients with cancer pain compared with opioids, but it can significantly improve the symptoms and psychological anxiety, which is worth further large-scale clinical observation and experimental pharmacological research.
