Study on the therapeutic effect of short-acting nifedipine tablets in severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
重度血压增高的脑出血应用短效硝苯地平片的治疗效果研究

摘要

目的 深入细致的验证和考察短效硝苯地平片在治疗重度血压增高的脑出血疾病中的效果作用，期待能为临床研究提供理论与实践依据，更好的促进患者恢复健康。方法 试验以对比方式呈现，研究开展期限设立为2021年6月至2023年6月，样本纳入自本时段院内收治的重度血压增高的脑出血患者中，人数共计80例，采用数字编号法进行组别划分，单号设为参照组（划入人数40例）：实行依那普利治疗方案，双号设为研究组（划入人数40例）：实行短效硝苯地平片治疗方案，最终收集两组患者临床资料、相关数据，进行效果比对。比对数据包括：血压变异性、血浆内皮素浓度、治疗有效率、治疗依从性。采用t检测（正态计量数据）；采用χ2检验（计数资料）；计算均数以（͞x±s）代替。结果 对比试验的开展实施，让不同治疗方案下的疗效价值充分展现，研究组患者各项指标数值均显优参照组，P＜0.05。结论 在本项研究中，侧重分析短效硝苯地平片在重度血压增高的脑出血患者中的应用效果，旨在通过对比方式，为该群体寻求一种更加安全、有效的治疗方案，最大限度保障患者生命健康。结果所得理想，该操作形式能够充分满足患者临床需求，使患者血压情况得到切实改善，用药后血压变异性、血浆内皮素浓度得到显著降低，患者治疗依从性和总体疗效得到显著提高，值得借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To verify and investigate the effect of short-acting nifedipine tablets in the treatment of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage diseases in detail, hoping to provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research, and better promote the recovery of patients.
Methods The trial was presented in a comparative way, and the study period was set to be from June 2021 to June 2023. The samples were included from patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital during this period, with a total of 80 cases. The group was divided by numerical numbering method, and the single number was set as the reference group (including 40 cases) : The enalapril treatment plan was implemented, and the double-number study group (40 patients included) was set up: the short-acting nifedipine tablet treatment plan was implemented, and clinical data and relevant data were finally collected for comparison of effects between the two groups. Comparison data included: blood pressure variability, plasma endothelin concentration, treatment response rate, treatment compliance. t detection (normal measurement data); χ2 test was adopted (counting data); The calculated mean is replaced by (x±s).
Results The implementation of the comparative trial fully demonstrated the efficacy value under different treatment schemes, and the index values of patients in the study group were better than those in the reference group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   In this study, the application effect of short-acting nifedipine tablets in severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients was analyzed, aiming to seek a safer and more effective treatment plan for this group through comparison, and maximize the life and health of patients. The results were satisfactory, and the procedure could fully meet the clinical needs of patients, effectively improve the blood pressure of patients, significantly reduce the blood pressure variability and plasma endothelin concentration after medication, and significantly improve the treatment compliance and overall efficacy of patients, which is worthy of reference.
