目的 探讨PBL联合CBL教学法提升临床营养专科护士培训效果的价值分析。方法 选择2023年1月-2024年11月期间在我院参加营养治疗培训的护士29例作为研究对象,将其按随机分组方法分为对照组(13例,采取常规教学方法)和观察组(16例,采取CBL联合BPL教学法),对两组的教学效果,如护士的理论成绩和实践技能水平成绩以及护士对培训的满意度(培训合理性、知识掌握程度)评分进行比对和评估。结果 观察组的护士对培训满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士的理论成绩和实践技能水平成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在对临床营养专科护士培训中实施PBL联合CBL教学法取得明显的效果,可显著提高护士对培训的满意度和理论成绩以及实践技能水平成绩,在实际应用中有较高价值。
Objective Exploring the value analysis of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in improving the training effectiveness of clinical nutrition specialist nurses. Methods 29 nurses who participated in nutrition therapy training at our hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (13 cases, using conventional teaching methods) and an observation group (16 cases, using CBL combined with BPL teaching methods). The teaching effects of the two groups, such as nurses' theoretical and practical skill level scores, as well as nurses' satisfaction with the training (training rationality, knowledge mastery level) scores, were compared and evaluated. Results The satisfaction score of the observation group's nurses with the training was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The theoretical and practical skill levels of the observation group nurses were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the training of clinical nutrition specialist nurses has achieved significant results, which can significantly improve nurses' satisfaction with the training, theoretical scores, and practical skill levels. It has high value in practical application.
