多项研究指出,肝硬化患者常常经历多种睡眠障碍,例如失眠、夜间频繁觉醒及生物钟的紊乱等。这些睡眠问题不仅妨碍患者的日常活动,还可能进一步加重肝脏的损伤,形成恶性循环。本综述的目的是深入探讨肝硬化对睡眠质量的影响及其背后的相关机制,以期为临 床干预策略提供依据。
Multiple studies have indicated that patients with liver cirrhosis frequently experience various sleep disorders, such as insomnia, nocturnal frequent awakenings, and circadian rhythm disruption. These sleep disturbances not only impair daily activities but may also exacerbate hepatic injury, creating a vicious cycle. The purpose of this review is to thoroughly explore the impact of liver cirrhosis on sleep quality and the underlying mechanisms, aiming to provide a basis for clinical intervention strategies.
