新时代意识形态话语权构建的战略思考

摘要

进入新时代以来，习近平总书记从治国理政的角度出发，提出了一系列新观点、新思想，其中关于意识形态话语权的相关阐述是其治国理政思想的重要组成部分。从价值底蕴的角度出发，意识形态话语权的构建丰富了马克思主义意识形态话语权的内涵，对中国特色社会主义理论体系的相关内容有所创新，坚定了主流意识形态在网络中的地位。构建意识形态话语权要将创新话语表达作为关键环节，不断创新政治、学术和大众话语表达，以自信的话语体系面向世界。在明确其价值意蕴与关键环节的基础上，通过巩固马克思主义意识形态理论的地位、为主流意识形态增添更多中国特色以及不断加强队伍建设等现实途径来切实构建意识形态话语权。

Abstract

Since entering the new era, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new viewpoints and ideas from the perspective of governing the country, among which the relevant exposition on the power of ideological discourse is an important component of his governing ideology. From the perspective of value foundation, the construction of ideological discourse power enriches the connotation of Marxist ideological discourse power, develops the relevant content of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and strengthens the position of mainstream ideology in the network. Building ideological discourse power requires taking innovative discourse expression as a key link, constantly innovating political, academic, and popular discourse expression, and facing the world with a confident discourse system. On the basis of clarifying its value implications and key links, we can effectively build the discourse power of ideology by consolidating the position of Marxist ideological theory, adding more Chinese characteristics to mainstream ideology, and continuously strengthening team building.
