连续护理在老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在老年糖尿病患者的护理中应用连续性护理的医学价值。方法 将2024年1月-2024年6月内就诊的老年糖尿病患者90例随机分对照组45例常规护理，45例观察组增加延续性护理。以护理前后的血糖波动浮动、整体血糖管理效果对比护理价值。结果 护理前，血糖指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。护理后，观察组血糖波动幅度更低，且Morisliy服药依从评分、Bandura自我效能、满意度、血糖达标人数均更优，指标对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 延续性护理利于老年糖尿病患者自我效能提高，居家自护质量提高，血糖波动减少，可实现稳定血糖管理。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of continuous nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes.
Methods 90 elderly patients with diabetes who went to hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and observation group (45 cases). Compare the nursing value with the fluctuation of blood glucose before and after nursing, and the overall blood glucose management effect.
Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indicators (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had lower fluctuations in blood glucose levels, and Morisliy's medication adherence score, Bandura self-efficacy, satisfaction, and the number of people who met blood glucose standards were all better. The comparison of indicators was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuous nursing can improve self-efficacy of elderly patients with diabetes, improve the quality of self-care at home, reduce blood glucose fluctuations, and achieve stable blood glucose management.
