咳嗽是临床发生率较高的一种呼吸道病症，尤其在儿科中更为常见。小儿由于年龄较小，身体各个器官功能发育尚未完全成熟，加上受到季节因素的影响，气温突然变化从而导致咳嗽。并且小儿咳嗽呈反复发作的状态，给患儿带来极大痛苦，影响正常的身心发育。近年来小儿推拿逐渐应用于小儿咳嗽的治疗中，取得了良好效果。小儿推拿作为传统中医常见的外治法，其优势在于减少了药物的副作用，避免了患儿对治疗的恐惧感，从而提高了治疗配合度，患儿和家属接受度更高。本文主要对小儿推拿在咳嗽患儿护理中的应用进展进行综述。
Cough is a respiratory disease with a high clinical incidence, especially in pediatrics. Children are young, and the functions of their organs are not fully developed. In addition, they are affected by seasonal factors and sudden changes in temperature, which leads to coughing. In addition, children's coughs are recurrent, which brings great pain to children and affects their normal physical and mental development. In recent years, pediatric massage has been gradually applied to the treatment of pediatric cough and has achieved good results. As a common external treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine, pediatric massage has the advantage of reducing the side effects of drugs and avoiding the fear of treatment in children, thereby improving the degree of treatment cooperation and higher acceptance of children and their families. This article mainly reviews the progress of pediatric massage in the nursing of children with cough.
