Analysis of the improvement of postoperative complications in colorectal cancer patients through accelerated rehabilitation nursing
加速康复护理对结直肠癌患者术后并发症发生率的改善分析

摘要

目的 分析结直肠癌患者使用加速康复护理的效果与对其术后并发症发生率的改善情况。方法 纳入我院2022年1月~2024年1月内收治的结直肠癌手术患者68例，按照其入院顺序分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（加速康复护理）各34例，对比两组护理效果。结果 对比两组康复情况显示，观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组，且并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对结直肠癌患者心加速康复护理能够显著降低其术后并发症发生率，加快康复。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of accelerated rehabilitation nursing in patients with colorectal cancer and the improvement of postoperative complications.
Methods Sixty eight patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were included. They were divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (accelerated rehabilitation nursing), with 34 patients in each group, according to their admission order. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results Comparing the rehabilitation status of the two groups, it was found that the observation group had shorter recovery time for bowel sounds, first exhaust time, defecation time, bed movement time, and hospitalization time compared to the control group. Additionally, the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Accelerated cardiac rehabilitation nursing for colorectal cancer patients can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and accelerate recovery.
