Observation on the effect of Chinese medicine encapsulation on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopy
穴位揿针中药封包用于妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察在妇科腹腔镜术后胃肠功能恢复中采用穴位揿针中药封包的临床效果。方法 现将我院收治的60例妇科腹腔镜手术患者作为观察对象。分组采取随机数字表法，共分成对照组和观察组各有30例。对照组接受术后常规康复干预，观察组添加穴位揿针联合中药封包方案。对比两组干预效果。结果 观察组术后肠鸣音恢复、排气以及排便时间均短于对照组，血清中胃泌素与胃动素胃肠功能指标改善效果均优于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组，生活质量改善效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后康复管理中添加穴位揿针联合中药封包方案，可进一步促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复，减少术后并发症发生，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
Methods 60 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery treated in our hospital were observed. Groups were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each by random number table method. The control group received routine rehabilitation intervention after operation, and the observation group added acupoint press-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.
Results The postoperative intestinal sound recovery, exhaust gas and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the improvement effect of serum gastrin and motilin gastrointestinal function indexes was better than that in the control group, the postoperative complication rate was lower than that in the control group, the total treatment effective rate was higher than that in the control group, and the improvement effect of life quality was better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Adding acupoint press-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation program to postoperative rehabilitation management of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can further promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, reduce postoperative complications and improve patients' quality of life.
