Application of body language communication combined with individualized nursing in pediatric nursing and its impact on family satisfaction with nursing care
肢体语言沟通联合个体化护理在小儿护理工作中的应用及对家属护理满意度的影响

摘要

目的 分析小儿护理工作中使用肢体语言沟通联合个体化护理的应用效果与对其家属护理满意度的影响。方法 纳入2023.01~2024.01内收治的患儿68例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（肢体语言沟通联合个体化护理）各34例，对比两组护理效果。结果 干预前患儿生理和心理舒适度评分差异均无意义（P＞0.05）。干预后观察组生理和心理舒适度评分均显著优于对照组。且对比护理满意度显示，观察组较对照组更高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床进行小儿护理时应用肢体语言沟通联合个体化护理能够显著提升患儿生理舒适度和心理舒适度，提高患儿家属护理满意度，具有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of using body language communication combined with individualized nursing in pediatric nursing work and its impact on the satisfaction of their family members with nursing care.
Methods A total of 68 pediatric patients admitted between January 2023 and January 2024 were included and randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (body language communication combined with individualized nursing), with 34 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no significant difference in the physiological and psychological comfort scores of the children before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the physiological and psychological comfort scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. And compared with the nursing satisfaction, the observation group showed higher satisfaction than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of body language communication combined with personalized nursing in pediatric care can significantly improve the physiological and psychological comfort of children, enhance the satisfaction of their families with nursing care, and have high practical value.
