本文探讨不同领导力风格如何影响员工的工作表现。通过文献回顾和分析,研究发现变革型领导风格与员工绩效之间存在显著正相关关系,而交易型领导风格则表现出不同程度的正面或负面效应。此外,放任型领导力风格通常与较低的员工绩效相关联。研究结果强调了领导力风格在提升组织效能和员工工作满意度方面的重要性,并为组织在选择和培养领导者时提供了理论依据。
This paper explores how different leadership styles affect employee performance. Through literature review and analysis, the study found that there is a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership styles and employee performance, while transactional leadership styles show different degrees of positive or negative effects. In addition, laissez-faire leadership style was usually associated with lower employee performance. The findings highlight the importance of leadership styles in enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee job satisfaction, and provide a theoretical basis for organisations when selecting and developing leaders.
