Application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of children with retroperitoneal tumors
临床护理路径在小儿腹膜后肿瘤围手术期护理中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析小儿腹膜后肿瘤患儿围手术期护理使用临床护理路径的干预效果。方法 纳入我院2022年1月~2024年1月内收治的小儿腹膜后肿瘤手术患儿78例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（常规护理）和观察组（临床路径护理）各39例，对比两组护理效果。结果 两组术前住院时间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），术后观察组患儿住院时间短于对照组，住院费用低于对照组，且术后并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在小儿腹膜后肿瘤围手术期行临床护理路径干预能够显著加快其术后恢复，降低并发症的发生，减少医疗费用，具有应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative nursing of children with retroperitoneal tumor.
Methods 78 pediatric patients undergoing retroperitoneal tumor surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and an observation group (clinical pathway nursing), with 39 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative hospitalization time between the two groups (P>0.05). The postoperative observation group had shorter hospitalization time and lower hospitalization costs than the control group, and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Clinical nursing pathway intervention during the perioperative period of pediatric retroperitoneal tumors can significantly accelerate postoperative recovery, reduce the occurrence of complications, and lower medical costs, and has practical value.
