Analysis of the practical value of thermal insulation nursing for liver cancer patients in operating rooms
手术室肝癌患者执行保温护理对患者的实用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析手术室肝癌患者执行保温护理对患者的实用价值。方法 选取我院2023年9月至2024年5月收治的68例肝癌手术患者。随机分为对照组（34例）和观察组（34例），对照组采用常规护理。观察组采用保温护理。对比两组患者麻醉苏醒时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果 护理干预后，观察组麻醉苏醒时间及住院时间明显短于对照组，并发症发生率更低，其差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 手术室肝癌患者执行保温护理对患者具有显著的实用价值，可有效缩短患者麻醉苏醒时间及住院时间，减少并发症发生率，对改善患者预后、促进康复进程意义重大，值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of implementing insulation nursing for liver cancer patients in the operating room.
Methods 68 liver cancer surgery patients admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to May 2024 were selected. Randomly divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (34 cases), with the control group receiving routine nursing care. The observation group received insulation care. Compare the anesthesia recovery time, hospitalization time, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.
Results After nursing intervention, the observation group had significantly shorter anesthesia recovery time and hospitalization time compared to the control group, and a lower incidence of complications, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of insulation nursing for liver cancer patients in the operating room has significant practical value, which can effectively shorten the patient's anesthesia recovery time and hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, and is of great significance in improving patient prognosis and promoting rehabilitation process. It is worth further promoting and using in clinical practice.
