Analysis of the effect of combined application of high quality nursing and psychological intervention in assisted reproductive technology
辅助生殖技术中联合应用优质护理及心理干预的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析辅助生殖技术中联合应用优质护理及心理干预的效果。方法 本次研究对象为48例采取辅助生殖技术的患者，抽取时间为2022年1月-2022年6月期间。按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，每组24例。其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组则采取优质护理联合心理护理。对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组妊娠率高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组焦虑、抑郁评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 辅助生殖技术中联合应用优质护理及心理干预能够显著提高妊娠率，同时可缓解患者的负面情绪。此种方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of combining high-quality nursing and psychological intervention in assisted reproductive technology.
Methods The subjects of this study were 48 patients who underwent assisted reproductive technology, and the sampling period was from January 2022 to January 2023. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 24 cases in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received high-quality care combined with psychological care. Compare the nursing effects of two groups.
Results The pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combined application of high-quality nursing and psychological intervention in assisted reproductive technology can significantly improve pregnancy rates and alleviate patients' negative emotions. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
