Application of continuity of care in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis occlusion after balloon dilation stent implantation
延续性护理在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症球囊扩张支架植入术后患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析延续性护理在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症球囊扩张支架植入术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选择2023年9月至2024年9月在我院行球囊扩张支架植入术治疗的80例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者作为研究样本，依据随机化原则分为参考组和实验组，每组均包含40例，参考组采取常规出院指导，实验组采取延续性护理。对比两组的自护能力及预后情况。结果 相较于参考组，实验组的自护能力评分明显更高（P<0.05）；实验组的血管再闭塞及血管再狭窄率明显更低（P<0.05）。结论 延续性护理能显著提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症球囊扩张支架植入术后患者的自护能力，改善预后情况，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of continuity nursing in patients with lower limb arterial occlusive disease after balloon dilation stent implantation.
Methods 80 patients with lower limb arterial occlusive disease who underwent balloon dilation stent implantation in our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study sample. According to randomization principles, they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group received routine discharge guidance, while the experimental group received continuity of care. Compare the self-care ability and prognosis of the two groups.
Results Compared with the reference group, the self-care ability score of the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05); The experimental group had significantly lower rates of vascular reocclusion and restenosis (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuity of care can significantly improve the self-care ability of patients with lower limb arterial occlusive disease after balloon dilation stent implantation, improve prognosis, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
