The value of rational behavior as a substitute for nursing intervention in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after surgery
合理行为替代护理对前列腺增生术后老年患者干预的价值

摘要

目的 分析在前列腺增生手术老年患者中开展合理行为替代护理的临床价值。方法 现将2023年7月至老年前列腺增生患者80例作为本次的分析对象，所有患者均接受手术治疗。将入选的患者采取随机数字表法分成两组，共分成40例观察组与40的对照组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者开展合理行为替代护理，详细对比两组最终获得的护理效果。结果 两组结果比较后显示，观察组患者的焦虑情绪、遵医行为以及自护能力改善效果与对照组相比占据优势，患者术后疼痛程度同对照组比较明显减轻，术后尿管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间和住院时间与对照组相比均缩短，最终患者的生活质量改善效果优于对照组，两组数据结果对比差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 在老年前列腺增生患者手术期间开展合理行为替代护理，可有效提高临床护理服务质量和患者的遵医行为，促进患者术后身体恢复，减轻患者的病痛折磨，改善患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical value of reasonable behavioral replacement care in elderly patients undergoing prostatic hyperplasia surgery.
Methods 80 elderly patients from elderly prostatic hyperplasia to July 2023 are included as the objects of this analysis, and all patients receive surgical treatment. The selected patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 observation group and 40 control group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and the patients in the observation group carried out reasonable behavior replacement care, and the nursing effect obtained by the two groups was compared in detail.
Results after comparing the results of the two groups, the anxiety, compliance behavior, and the ability of the control group, patients' postoperative pain was significantly reduced compared with the control group, postoperative urinary catheter retention time, the complication rate decreased significantly, the quality of life was better than the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The reasonable behavior replacement care during the surgery of elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing service and patients' compliance behavior, promote the postoperative physical recovery of patients, reduce the pain of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
