The application of risk management in the nursing of elderly hip fractures
风险管理在高龄髋部骨折护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析高龄髋部骨折患者采取风险管理的价值。方法 择取本院收治86例高龄髋部骨折患者，时间2022年10月至2023年10月。全部病例随机分成2组，各组43例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组在此基础上采取风险管理。从2组病人风险事件、舒适度、满意度进行评估。结果 对比风险事件总发生率，观察组相比较对照组更显著下降，2组统计学有显著差异（P＜0.05）。对比Kolcaba简化舒适状况评分（GCQ），观察组相比较对照组有更显著上升，2组统计学有显著差异（P＜0.05）。对比护理总满意率，观察组相比较对照组更显著上升，2组统计学有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论 高龄髋部骨折患者采取风险管理可减少相关风险事件，提高舒适度，对护理满意度更高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of risk management in elderly patients with hip fractures.
Methods 86 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to our hospital were selected from October 2022 to October 2023. All cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received risk management based on this. Evaluate the risk events, comfort, and satisfaction of two groups of patients.
Results The total incidence of risk events was significantly reduced in the observation group compared to the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a more significant increase in the Kolcaba Simplified Comfort Score (GCQ), and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group showed a significant increase, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Risk management can reduce related risk events, improve comfort, and increase nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with hip fractures.
