造口袋在腹部伤口护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究造口袋在腹部伤口护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023.2-2023.12期间我院收治有腹部伤口的患者100例，按照数字随机法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例患者，对照组进行常规的伤口护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上加入造口袋，对比两组的换药情况、并发症发生率以及患者满意度。结果 观察组的换药情况明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 造口袋在腹部伤口护理中应用有显著效果，能够有效地改善患者的换药情况，降低并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床实践应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of ostomy bags in abdominal wound care.
Methods 100 patients with abdominal wounds admitted to our hospital between March 2, 2023 and December 3, 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine wound care intervention, while the observation group added a surgical bag on top of the control group. The dressing change, incidence of complications, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
Results The dressing change in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of ostomy bags in abdominal wound care has significant effects, which can effectively improve patient dressing changes, reduce the incidence of complications, and increase patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical practice application.
