健康体检人群护理工作中沟通技巧的应用

摘要

目的 分析沟通技巧用于健康体检人群护理的价值。方法 随机均分2023年1月-2024年1月本科接诊健康体检者（n=50）。试验组采取沟通技巧护理，对照组行常规护理。对比不良事件等指标。结果 关于满意度：试验组96.0%，对照组76.0%，前者相较于后者更高（P＜0.05）。体检时间：试验组只有（57.64±9.25）min，对照组却长达（70.35±12.68）min，试验组的时间更短（P＜0.05）。不良事件：试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。护理质量和SAS评分改善情况：试验组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 健康体检护理工作中用沟通技巧，体检者的满意度更高，体检时间更短，不良事件也更少，护理质量改善更加显著，焦虑情绪缓解更为迅速。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of communication skills in nursing care for people undergoing health examinations.
Methods Undergraduate patients who underwent health examinations from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided and evenly divided (n=50). The experimental group received communication skills nursing, and the control group received routine nursing. Compare indicators such as adverse events.
Results Regarding satisfaction: 96.0% in the experimental group and 76.0% in the control group, the former being higher than the latter (P＜0.05). Physical examination time: The experimental group only took (57.64±9.25) minutes, while the control group took (70.35±12.68) minutes, which was shorter in the experimental group (P＜0.05). Adverse events: The incidence in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The improvement of nursing quality and SAS score in the experimental group was better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The use of communication skills in health check-up nursing work can lead to higher satisfaction of the examinees, shorter examination time, fewer adverse events, more significant improvement in nursing quality, and faster relief of anxiety.
