目的 浅析危重患者采用肠内营养护理进行住院期指导,进一步降低误吸发生率。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年10月收治的危重患者80例,对照组采用基础护理;观察组采用肠内营养护理,对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者误吸发生率低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);此外,从观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。最后,观察组患者生存质量(S-QLI)评分高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 针对危重患者实施肠内营养护理能预防误吸和其他并发症发生率,提升患者的生活质量,有助于患者病情转归,值得进一步推广。
Objective To briefly analyze the use of enteral nutrition nursing for critically ill patients during hospitalization to further reduce the incidence of aspiration. Methods A total of 80 critically ill patients admitted from January 2024 to October 2024 were selected. The control group received basic nursing care; the observation group received enteral nutrition nursing, and the clinical nursing effects were compared. Results The incidence of aspiration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Finally, the quality of life (S-QLI) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition care for critically ill patients can prevent aspiration and other complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and contribute to the prognosis of patients' condition, which is worthy of further promotion.
