白果内酯药理作用及其分子机制的研究进展

摘要

中草药银杏是银杏科银杏属的落叶乔木,常用于治疗耳鸣眩晕、高脂血症及糖尿病周围神经病变等病症。白果内酯是从银杏的叶和果实中提取的一种天然活性成分。研究报道,白果内酯具有抗炎、治疗肥胖、神经保护与肝脏保护等多种药理作用。本文对白果内酯的药理作用及其分子机制进行综述,以期为白果内酯的深入研究与开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract

Herbal medicine Ginkgo biloba is a deciduous tree belonging to the Ginkgoaceae family and is commonly used to treat tinnitus, vertigo, hyperlipidemia, and peripheral neuropathy in diabetes. Bilobalide is a natural active component extracted from the leaves and fruits of Ginkgo biloba. Studies have reported that ginkgolide has anti-inflammatory, anti-obesity, neuroprotective, and liver-protective pharmacological effects. This article summarizes the pharmacological actions and molecular mechanisms of bilobalide, with the aim of providing theoretical basis for further research and development of bilobalide.
