中国正以积极的姿态投身于经济全球化的浪潮之中,这一趋势不仅促进了国家间的经济合作,也极大地推动了文化的交流与融合。在此背景下,越来越多的外国游客纷至沓来,旅游文本是他们理解景点历史以及中国文化的重要纽带。因此,规范旅游文本的翻译有着举足轻重的作用。山东省作为旅游大省,拥有诸多旅游景点,但是旅游文本的误译极大影响着山东省的国际形象及对外文化交流与传播。本文在目的论三原则即目的原则、连贯原则、忠实原则的指导下,以山东地区为例,通过文献研究法和案例分析法分析该地区旅游文本的中英对照,对其翻译策略进行探索,以期更好地指导旅游文本的翻译,丰富完善旅游文本的翻译方法,提高旅游文本英译的质量。同时吸引更多的游客来鲁旅游,进一步促进山东旅游业的发展和对外文化交流。
China is actively participating in the wave of economic globalization, not only promoting economic cooperation between countries, but also greatly promotes cultural exchange and integration. In this context, more and more foreign tourists are flooding to China. Tourism proves to be an important link for them to understand the history of scenic spots and Chinese culture. Therefore, standardizing the translation of tourism texts plays an important role. Shandong Province, as a big tourist province, has many famous tourist attractions, but the inaccuracy of its tourism texts translation greatly affects the international image of Shandong Province and foreign cultural exchange and communication. Under the guidance of the three principles of Skopos theory, namely skopos rule, coherence rule, faithfulness rule, this paper takes Shandong region as an example, analyzing the Chinese-English comparison of tourism texts in this region through literature research and case analysis methods, and exploring its translation strategies. It is hoped that the study can better guide the translation of tourism texts, enrich the translation methods of tourism texts, and improve the quality of tourism texts translated into English, thus attracting more tourists to travel to Shandong and promote the further development tourism and cultural exchanges in Shandong.
