新文科背景下商务英语专业(现代农业商务)“三链融合”人才培养模式研究

摘要

当前新文科建设为商务英语专业建设和发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,跨境电商的快速发展对复合型商务英语人才数量和质量的要求也不断提高。本文在理论研究和人才需求信息数据分析、访谈质性分析的基础上,以服务现代农业为着眼点,基于新文科建设理念,以商务英语人才核心素养研究为切入点,突出语言、商务、农业知识融合与学科交叉,针对商务英语专业人才培养过程中存在的学科融合不足、核心素养培养不力等问题,构建了商务英语专业(服务现代农业商务)“三链融合”人才培养模式,建设完成了“三链融合”的课程体系、“三法并举”的教学方法体系以及“三系协同”的教育支撑体系,为建设服务现代农业国家战略的商务英语新文科专业,培养国家急需的服务现代农业国家战略的商务英语人才提供了实践路径参考。

Abstract

The current construction of new liberal arts has brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction and development of Business English major, and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has continuously increased the requirements for the quantity and quality of compound Business English talents. Based on theoretical research, data analysis of talent demand information, and qualitative analysis of interviews, this paper takes serving modern agriculture as the focus, based on the concept of new liberal arts construction, and takes the research on the core literacy of Business English talents as the entry point. It highlights the integration of language, business, and agricultural knowledge and the intersection of disciplines. In response to the problems of insufficient subject integration and ineffective core literacy training in the process of cultivating Business English majors, a “three chain integration” talent training model for Business English major (serving modern agricultural business) is constructed. The curriculum system of “three chain integration”, the teaching method system of “three methods simultaneously”, and the educational support system of “three system coordination” are completed, which provides practical path references for establishing a new Business English liberal arts major that serves the national strategy of modern agriculture, and cultivating Business English talents urgently needed by the country to serve the national strategy of modern agriculture.
