老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折护理中健康教育的临床应用效果观察

摘要

目的 浅析老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者采用健康教育进行住院期指导,为患者健康生活提供建议。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年9月收治的老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者80例,对照组采用基础护理;观察组采用健康教育,对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组术后各时间点的疼痛评分低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);此外,观察组负面情绪评分低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。最后,观察组患者的疾病认知程度评分高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 针对老年骨质疏松性髋部骨折患者实施健康教育的效果显著,有助于缓解病痛,通过提高患者对疾病的认知也有助于减轻患者的治疗压力,干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture with health education to provide advice for their healthy life.
Methods 80 elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture admitted from January 2024 to September 2024 were selected and adopted basic care in the control group; the observation group adopted health education to compare the clinical care effect.
Results The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the contrast was significantly different (P <0.05); moreover, the negative emotion score was lower than the control group, and the contrast difference was significant (P <0.05). Finally, the observation group was higher than the control group, with significant differences (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of health education for elderly patients with osteoporotic hip fracture is remarkable, which is helpful to relieve the pain, and also helpful to reduce the treatment pressure by improving patients' cognition of the disease, and the intervention effect is accurate.
