摘要

住院医师规范化培训是培养医疗人才的关键阶段,当前培训多依赖经验式教学,难以全面提升住院医师的临床思维和操作技能。智慧教学通过大数据和人工智能,能够实现个性化学习、实时数据反馈和虚拟仿真。BOPPPS教学模式因其结构清晰和强互动性而广泛应用于医学教育。将两者有机的创新教学模式能够有效提升学员的临床思维和实际操作能力,为医学教育领域带来新的发展机遇,推动住院医师培训的现代化进程。

Abstract

Standardized residency training is a critical stage in the development of medical professionals. Currently, much of the training relies on experience-based teaching, which struggles to fully enhance residents' clinical thinking and practical skills. Smart teaching, leveraging big data and artificial intelligence, enables personalized learning, real-time data feedback, and virtual simulation. The BOPPPS teaching model, known for its clear structure and high level of interaction, is widely applied in medical education. Integrating these two approaches into an innovative teaching model can effectively improve residents' clinical thinking and practical skills. This presents new opportunities for the development of medical education and promotes the modernization of residency training.
