Analysis and study on the effect of osteoporosis pain nursing program on low back pain in elderly osteoporosis patients
骨质疏松疼痛护理方案对老年骨质疏松患者腰背疼痛的影响分析与研究

摘要

目的 探讨对老年骨质疏松患者腰背疼痛患者实施疼痛护理方案的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取114例老年骨质疏松症患者进行对比实验，均伴有腰背疼痛感，采取盲抽方式展开分组，对照组与观察组各57例患者，分别采取常规护理模式与在此基础上实施疼痛护理干预手段，观察并评价两组实际应用效果。结果 经实验中各项数据显示，两组患者护理干预前VAS、Barthel、SCL-90评分经对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理干预后观察组患者VAS、SCL-90评分明显低于对照组，Barthel评分大幅度提升（P＜0.05）；与此同时，相比对照组，观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于老年骨质疏松患者腰背疼痛患者而言，实施疼痛护理方案可切实减轻患者疼痛感，改善其日常生活能力，缓解其不良情绪，提高整体护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of pain nursing program for elderly osteoporosis patients with low back pain.
Methods A total of 114 elderly osteoporosis patients were selected for comparative experiments in this study. All of them had low back pain. They were divided into groups by blind sampling. There were 57 patients in the control group and the observation group. Conventional nursing mode and pain nursing intervention were adopted on this basis, respectively. The actual application effects of the two groups were observed and evaluated.
Results The experimental data showed that the VAS, Barthel, and SCL-90 scores of the two groups of patients before nursing intervention were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after nursing intervention, the VAS and SCL-90 scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the Barthel score was greatly improved (P<0.05); at the same time, compared with the control group, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For elderly patients with osteoporosis and low back pain, the implementation of pain care programs can effectively reduce patients' pain, improve their daily living ability, relieve their negative emotions, and improve overall nursing satisfaction.
