Analysis of the effect of systematic nursing intervention on improving periodontal health of orthodontic patients
系统性护理干预改善正畸患者牙周健康的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在正畸患者牙周健康的临床护理方案中应用系统性护理干预的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月于本院口腔门诊就诊的正畸患者120例纳入试验研究，而后以正畸前后顺序分60例对照组常规护理，60例观察组实施系统性护理，以护理后的牙周指标以及护理后的牙齿美观度、咬合力、就诊体验等指标对比护理影响效力。结果 护理后，观察组牙龈指数、牙周袋探诊深度等指标相较对照组更优，牙齿美观度评分更高、咬合力更佳、就诊满意度更高，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 系统性护理干预可提高正畸患者的牙周健康，利于其牙齿美观咬合力更佳，就诊体验感良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying systematic nursing interventions in the clinical nursing plan for periodontal health of orthodontic patients.
Methods 120 orthodontic patients who visited the dental clinic of our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were included in the experimental study. Then, they were divided into a control group of 60 patients who received routine care before and after orthodontic treatment, and an observation group of 60 patients who received systematic care. The effectiveness of nursing was compared based on periodontal indicators, tooth aesthetics, bite force, and medical experience after nursing.
Results After nursing, the observation group had better indicators such as gingival index and periodontal pocket probing depth compared to the control group, higher scores in tooth aesthetics, better bite force, and higher satisfaction with medical treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Systematic nursing intervention can improve the periodontal health of orthodontic patients, promote better tooth aesthetics and bite force, and provide a good medical experience.
