Observation of the application effect of personalized psychological nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery under lumbar epidural anesthesia
手术室个性化心理护理在髋关节置换术腰硬联合麻醉患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究髋关节置换术腰硬联合麻醉患者实施手术室个性化心理护理的价值。方法 选取本院行腰硬联合麻醉髋关节置换术患者共94例（时段2023年2月～2024年2月），对其随机分组共2组。对照组纳入47例实施常规手术室护理，观察组实施手术室个性化心理护理。比较2组焦虑心理、恐惧度和生命体征。结果 观察组干预后焦虑自评量表（SAS）、恐惧度评分相较对照组均减少（P＜0.05）。观察组麻醉前5分钟心率、收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 髋关节置换术腰硬联合麻醉患者实施手术室个性化心理护理可缓解其焦虑心理和恐惧度，稳定生命体征。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of implementing personalized psychological care in the operating room for patients undergoing hip replacement surgery under lumbar hard anesthesia.
Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent lumbar hard combined anesthesia for hip replacement surgery in our hospital (period from February 2023 to February 2024) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group included 47 cases who received routine operating room care, while the observation group received personalized psychological care in the operating room. Compare the levels of anxiety, fear, and vital signs between two groups.
Results showed that after intervention, the self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and fear score in the observation group decreased compared to the control group (P<0.05). The average heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 5 minutes before anesthesia (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Personalized psychological care in the operating room can alleviate anxiety and fear in patients undergoing hip replacement surgery under lumbar epidural anesthesia, and stabilize vital signs.
