Application of risk assessment grading nursing in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer
风险评估分级护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用研究

摘要

目的 分析风险评估分级护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2024年6月收治的40例卵巢癌术后患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法分为参考组和实验组，每组20例，参考组接受常规护理，实验组在此基础上接受风险评估分级护理。对比两组的Caprini血栓风险评估量表评分以及生活质量评分。结果 干预后，实验组的Caprini血栓风险评估量表评分显著低于参考组（P<0.05）；实验组的生活质量评分显著高于参考组（P<0.05）。结论 风险评估分级护理应用于卵巢癌术后患者，能显著降低血栓风险，提高患者生活质量，值得进一步推广及应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of risk assessment grading nursing in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer. Method Forty postoperative ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 20 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received risk assessment grading nursing care based on this. Compare the Caprini Thrombosis Risk Assessment Scale scores and quality of life scores between two groups. Result After intervention, the Caprini Thrombosis Risk Assessment Scale score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of risk assessment grading nursing in postoperative ovarian cancer patients can significantly reduce the risk of thrombosis and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
