Application of health education nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis
健康教育护理干预在慢性支气管炎患者的临床护理应用研究

摘要

目的 探究健康教育护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者的效果。方法 选择我院收治的80例慢性支气管炎患者，随机平分成对照组和观察组，分别进行常规护理和健康教育护理干预，对比效果。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组对疾病基础知识、健康饮食知识、日常生活禁忌知识、常见并发症知识掌握程度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 健康教育护理干预可以使慢性支气管炎患者的心理状态和对健康知识的掌握以及生活质量提高，护理满意度良好。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of health education and nursing intervention on patients with chronic bronchitis.
Methods 80 patients with chronic bronchitis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and routine nursing and health education nursing intervention were carried out respectively to compare the effect.
Results The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The knowledge of basic disease, healthy diet, daily life contraindications and common complications in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The quality of life of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Health education and nursing intervention can improve the psychological state, the mastery of health knowledge and the quality of life of chronic bronchitis patients, and the satisfaction of nursing is good.
