Comprehensive effect analysis of psychological intervention combined with exercise therapy in community care of diabetes mellitus
心理干预结合运动疗法在糖尿病社区护理中的综合效果分析

摘要

目的 探究分析糖尿病患者社区护理中予以心理干预结合运动疗法的综合效果。方法 此次试验研究活动，2023年3月为起始时间，2024年3月为终止时间，从本社区在管的糖尿病患者中抽选80例作为试验对象，利用摸球法对其作两组之分，其中，施行常规护理的患者（n=40）称作对照组，于此基础上施行心理干预结合运动疗法的患者（n=40）称作观察组。最后评估观察指标：心理状态、血糖指标以及生活质量。结果 组间护理前相比心理状态、血糖指标无差异（P>0.05）；护理后观察组皆优于对照组（P<0.05）；组间相比生活质量为观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 糖尿病患者实施心理干预结合运动疗法，可改善并稳定病情，缓解负性情绪，促进生活质量的提高；应用效果显著，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the comprehensive effect of psychological intervention combined with exercise therapy in community nursing of diabetic patients.
Methods In this experimental research activity, starting from March 2023 and ending in March 2024, 80 patients with diabetes mellitus in the community were selected as the test subjects, and they were divided into two groups by touching the ball, among which the patients who received routine care (n=40) were called the control group, and the patients who received psychological intervention combined with exercise therapy (n=40) were called the observation group. Finally, the observation indicators were evaluated: psychological status, blood glucose index, and quality of life.
Results There was no difference in psychological state and blood glucose index between groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life between the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological intervention combined with exercise therapy can improve and stabilize the condition of diabetic patients, alleviate negative emotions, and promote the improvement of quality of life. The application effect is remarkable, and it is worth promoting the application.
