Study on Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome
补肾活血汤联合环磷酰胺治疗难治性肾病综合症的研究

摘要

目的 探讨补肾活血汤联合环磷酰胺治疗难治性肾病综合症的研究。方法 选取本院2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的难治性肾病综合症患者60例作为研究对象，并随机分为两组，其中对照组给予环磷酰胺治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血汤治疗，比较两组治疗总有效率、生化指标、不良反应发生率及中医症状评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组，观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，观察组中医症状评分低于对照组，观察组生化指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）数据有统计学意义。结论 补肾活血汤联合环磷酰胺治疗难治性肾病综合症的效果显著，提高临床疗效，促进康复，具有较高的临床研究与应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the research on Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.
Methods 60 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide, and the observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide. On the basis of combined treatment with Bushen Huoxue Decoction, the total effective rate, biochemical indicators, incidence of adverse reactions and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared.
Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the TCM symptom score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the biochemical indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The data were statistically significant significance.
Conclusion   Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with cyclophosphamide has a significant effect in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome, improves clinical efficacy and promotes recovery, and has high clinical research and application value.
