Clinical therapeutic effect and feasibility analysis of comprehensive treatment of neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture
中医针灸综合治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床治疗效果及可行性分析

摘要

目的 探讨中医针灸综合治疗在颈肩腰腿痛患者中的临床疗效及其可行性，为改善此类疾病的治疗效果提供依据。方法 回顾性分析2022年5月~2024年5月在我院接受治疗的150例颈肩腰腿痛患者，根据治疗方案分为实验组和对照组，每组各75例。实验组采用针灸综合治疗，对照组则接受常规理疗。观察并记录两组患者在治疗前后的疼痛评分、生活质量评分、有效率等。结果 实验组在有效率、疼痛缓解方面的改善显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组患者的生活质量评分显著提高，而对照组虽有改善，但幅度较小（P<0.05）。结论 中医针灸综合治疗在颈肩腰腿痛患者中具有显著的临床效果，能够有效缓解疼痛、提高生活质量，具备良好的可行性，可为临床提供一种有效的非药物治疗选择。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and feasibility of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment in patients with neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, and to provide a basis for improving the treatment effect of such diseases.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 150 patients with neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain who were treated in our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the treatment plan, with 75 cases in each group. The experimental group received comprehensive acupuncture treatment, while the control group received conventional physical therapy. Observe and record the pain scores, quality of life scores, and effectiveness of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.
Results The improvement in effectiveness and pain relief of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, while the improvement in the control group was smaller (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive treatment with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture has significant clinical effects in patients with neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain. It can effectively relieve pain and improve the quality of life. It has good feasibility and can provide an effective non-drug treatment option for clinical practice.
