Analysis of the effect of rapid recovery nursing pathway on rehabilitation outcomes in colorectal cancer surgical nursing
快速康复护理路径在结直肠癌手术护理中对患者康复效果的影响分析

摘要

目的 对结直肠癌手术的患者，开展快速康复护理路径，明确对患者的康复效果。方法 选择我院在2022年1月份至2023年12月份收治的80例结直肠癌手术的患者进行研究，盲法分成对照组和实验组,每组有40例，对照组常规护理，实验组快速康复护理，评估患者临床指标、生活质量、疼痛程度。结果 实验组患者的临床指标优于对照组，p<0.05。护理后，实验组患者的生活质量更佳，p<0.05，分析患者的疼痛程度，护理前，疼痛程度差异不大，p>0.05，护理后，实验组患者的疼痛程度更轻，p<0.05。结论 对结直肠癌患者提供快速康复护理路径，可以提升患者的生活质量，改善患者的临床症状，减轻患者的疼痛程度，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To carry out rapid rehabilitation nursing path for patients with colon cancer surgery and clarify the rehabilitation effect on patients.
Methods 80 patients with colon cancer surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected for the study, and were divided into control group and experimental group by blind method, 40 cases in each group, routine nursing in the control group and rapid rehabilitation nursing in the experimental group, and clinical indicators, quality of life and pain degree of patients were evaluated.
Results The clinical indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, p<0.05. After nursing, the quality of life of patients in the experimental group was better, p<0.05, and the pain degree of patients was analyzed. Before nursing, there was little difference in the pain degree, p>0.05, and after nursing, the pain degree of patients in the experimental group was lighter, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing rapid rehabilitation nursing path for colon cancer patients can improve the quality of life of patients, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and reduce the degree of pain of patients, which is worth advocating.
