The effect of postoperative pain nursing intervention with pedicle flap for hand trauma
手外伤带蒂皮瓣术后疼痛护理干预的效果

摘要

目的 探究分析手外伤带蒂皮瓣术后疼痛护理干预的效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2024年6月期间，院内接受手外伤带蒂皮瓣术治疗的患者共102例，作为此次研究对象。以患者出生日期为基础，应用随机分组的模式，将102例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用疼痛护理，对比两组疼痛程度以及生活质量。结果 在疼痛程度方面，干预前两组VAS评分无明显差异，P＞0.05，干预后观察组VAS评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。在生活质量方面，观察组SF-36评分以及满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 疼痛护理可显著改善患者疼痛程度，确保其生活质量的提升，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of postoperative pain nursing intervention with pedicle flap for hand trauma.
Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent pedicle flap surgery for hand trauma in the hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the subjects of this study. Based on the patient's date of birth, a random grouping model was applied to randomly divide 102 patients into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received pain care. The degree of pain and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
Results There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P<0.05. In terms of quality of life, the SF-36 scores and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Pain care can significantly improve patients' pain levels, ensure their quality of life improvement, and is worthy of promotion and application.
