The application of holistic nursing in the nursing of hepatitis B patients
整体护理在乙肝患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨并分析整体护理在乙肝患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院在2023年2月至2024年2月期间收治的60例乙肝患者为研究对象，依照随机数字表法分组（n=30），给予对照组常规护理，给予研究组整体护理，对比两组患者的心理状态、生活质量和护理满意度等。结果 在实施不同护理方案后，研究组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组；研究组SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组；研究组护理总满意度（96.67%）高于对照组（80.00%），P＜0.05。结论 对乙肝患者实施整体护理，能够明显减轻患者的负面情绪，促使其生活质量提升，并且患者的认可度较高，建议在后续临床中借鉴及进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of holistic nursing in clinical nursing of hepatitis B patients.
Methods 60 patients with hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into groups according to the random number table (n=30). Routine nursing was given to the control group, and holistic nursing was given to the study group. The psychological status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared.
Results After implementing different nursing plans, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group; The SF-36 scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions; The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group (96.67%) was higher than that in the control group (80.00%), with P<0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of holistic nursing care for patients with hepatitis B can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients, promote their quality of life, and the recognition of patients is high. It is suggested that it be used for reference and further promoted in the follow-up clinical practice.
