Effect of continuous rehabilitation care on the daily activity ability and neurological function of stroke patients
延续康复护理对脑卒中患者日常活动能力及神经功能的影响

摘要

目的 分析脑卒中患者采用延续康复护理的有效性，观察其对患者日常活动能力及神经功能的影响。方法 本次研究时间为2023年1月-2024年1月，择期间100例于我院接受治疗的脑卒中患者作为研究对象，为探讨临床护理最佳方案，根据护理方法进分组，常规护理方法纳入参照组（50例）、延续康复护理方法纳入研究组（50例），对比护理效果。结果 护理后，SAS、SDS 评分研究组低于参照组，日常生活能力评分、生活质量评分、患者满意度各项数据研究组高于参照组，神经功能评分研究组低于参照组，两组数据对比后差异明显，且研究组优势性明显（P＜0.05）。结论 经过对比分析，延续康复护理在脑卒中患者的应用可有效缓解患者心理应激状态，提高日常活动能力，恢复神经功能，患者可积极配合治疗，生活质量提升，得到患者满意，具备推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of continuous rehabilitation care for stroke patients and observe its effects on their daily activities and neurological function.
Methods The study time for January 2023-January 2024, the period of 100 cases in our treatment of stroke patients as a research object, to explore the best clinical nursing plan, according to the nursing method into group, routine nursing method into the reference group (50 cases), the continuation of rehabilitation nursing method into the study group (50 cases), contrast nursing effect.
Results After nursing, the study group of SAS and SDS score was lower than the reference group, the study group of daily life ability score, quality of life score and patient satisfaction were higher than the reference group, and the study group of the neurological function score group was lower than the reference group. After the comparison of the two groups, and the advantage of the study group was obvious (P <0.05).
Conclusion   After comparative analysis, the application of continued rehabilitation care in stroke patients can effectively alleviate the psychological stress state of patients, improve the daily ability of activities, restore the nerve function, patients can actively cooperate with the treatment, improve the quality of life, get the satisfaction of patients, and have the value of promotion.
