5E护理模式在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 探讨5E护理模式在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取了本院在2023年1月至2024年1月期间收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象。将其按随机分组方法分为对照组（50例，采取常规护理方法）和观察组（50例，在对照组的基础上采用5E护理模式），对两组患者的临床护理效果，如患者的生活质量评分、血糖水平、自我管理能力评分及护理满意度进行对比与评估。结果 观察组患者在护理后的生活质量评分和自我管理能力评分均高于对照组；观察组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖均低于对照组；观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对糖尿病肾病患者实施5E护理模式可取得明显的效果，可显著提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度，有效控制血糖指标，有较高应用价值，值得在临床工作中推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of 5E nursing mode in patients with diabetes nephropathy.
Methods 100 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, using conventional nursing methods) and an observation group (50 cases, using 5E nursing mode on the basis of the control group), and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients, such as their quality of life score, blood glucose level, self-management ability score,and nursing satisfaction, were compared and evaluated.
Results The quality of life score and self-management ability score of the observation group patients after nursing were higher than those of the control group; The fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the observation group patients were lower than those of the control group; The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of 5E nursing mode for patients with diabetes nephropathy can achieve obvious results, significantly improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, effectively control blood glucose indicators, which has high application value and is worth promoting and applying in clinical work.
