Effect of precision care on the efficacy of arteriovenous fistula after kidney transplantation
精准护理对肾移植术后动静脉内瘘效果的影响

摘要

目的 详细分析精准护理对肾移植术后动静脉内瘘效果的影响。方法 取2023年1月-2024年1月我院规律随访的肾移植术后患者100例作为研究对象，根据临床护理方式不同，将患者分两组（均分），即研究组、参照组，给予参照组患者常规护理，给予研究组患者精准护理，统计护理后患者并发症发生率、患者负性情绪评分、生活质量评分，护理满意度数据，并进行组间对比，并以此为依据来判定护理效果。结果 经数据统计可见，两组并发症发生率，SAS、SDS负性情绪评分，患者生活质量评分，护理满意度，各项数据对比可见研究组优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 精准护理对肾移植术后动静脉内瘘效果显著，可明显降低并发症发生，患者不良情绪得到明显改善，生活质量明显提升，护理效果令患者满意度，临床应用价值存在，值得推广、借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To analyze in detail the effect of precise nursing on arteriovenous fistula after kidney transplantation.
Methods 100 cases of uremic kidney transplantation patients in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects. According to different clinical nursing methods, the patients were divided into two groups (equal division), namely the study group and the reference group. The patients in the reference group were given routine nursing and the patients in the study group were given precise nursing. The incidence of complications of intravenous fistula, negative emotion score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction data of patients after nursing were analyzed and compared between groups, and the nursing effect was judged on this basis.
Results According to the data statistics, the incidence of complications of arteriovenous fistula, negative emotion scores of SAS and SDS, patients' quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the study group was superior to the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Accurate nursing has significant effect on intra-arteriovenous fistula after kidney transplantation, which can significantly reduce complications, significantly improve patients' negative emotions, and significantly improve their quality of life. The nursing effect can improve patients' satisfaction, and the clinical application value exists, which is worthy of promotion and reference.
