Evaluation of the effectiveness of wound care risk management for wound healing and wound infection in emergency outpatients
伤口护理风险管理对于门急诊患者伤口愈合与伤口感染的应用效果评价

摘要

目的 探讨伤口护理风险管理对门急诊创面治疗患者伤口感染及愈合的影响。方法 选取2022年9月至2023年8月门急诊创面治疗患者60例，患者随机编为1~86号，单数开展常规伤口护理（30例，对照组），双数实施伤口护理风险管理（30例，观察组），对比伤口治疗效果。结果 观察组活动指导评分(97.78±7.87)分、伤口护理技术(97.66±6.44)分、皮肤护理(97.01±3.09)分、伤口测量(98.11±3.60)分、伤口评估(97.17±4.32)分、环境清洁(98.94±5.36)分、敷料选择(98.32±2.55)分、总愈合率90.00%、护理满意度93.33%高于对照组(91.33±6.58)分、(90.31±3.41)分、(87.02±2.94)分、(90.19±3.20)分、(89.01±3.13)分、(89.11±3.18)分、(89.22±2.16)分、73.33%、76.67% (P<0.05)观察组感染率3.33%低于对照组16.67%(P<0.05)。结论 伤口护理风险管理可有效提升门急诊伤口愈合率，减少感染率，效果良好。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of risk management of wound care on wound infection and healing.
Methods From September 2022 to August 2023, 60 patients treated with outpatient and emergency wound treatment, randomly numbered as 1~86, were randomly assigned as 1~86 patients, and the odd number of patients were treated with routine wound care (30 cases, control group) and even number of wound care risk management (30 cases, observation group) were selected to compare the wound treatment effect.
Results The observationgroup scored (97.78±7.87), wound care technology (97.66±6.44), skin care (97.01±3.09), wound measurement (98.11±3.60), wound assessment (97.17±4.32), environmental cleanliness (98.94±5.36), dressing selection (98.32±2.55), total healing rate of 90.00%, and nursing satisfaction (93.33%) in the control group ( 91.33±6.58), (90.31±3.41), (87.02±2.94), (90.19±3.20), (89.01±3.13), (89.11±3.18), (89.22±2.16), 73.33%, 76.67% (P<0.05) The infection rate in the observation group was 3.33% lower than that in the control group (16.67%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Wound care risk management can effectively improve the wound healing rate and reduce the infection rate in emergency outpatient department with good results.
