目的 探究如何降低吞咽障碍患者出现并发症的护理。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为80例，研究的起始时间为2023年3月份，截止时间为2024年3月份，研究时间为期一年，分成对照组和实验组，每组40例，对照组常规护理，实验组综合护理，分的两组患者并发症发生率、营养状况以及生存质量，评价患者的吞咽障碍改善情况。结果 实验组患者的并发症发生率更低，营养状况显佳，生存质量提升，吞咽障碍明显得到改善，P<0.05。结论 针对于吞咽障碍患者提供综合护理，可以减少并发症的产生，改善患者的营养状况，提升患者的生存质量，值得提倡。
Objective explore how to reduce the complications of patients with dysphagia. Methods The number of patients participating in this study was 80. The study started from March 2023 and ended from March 2024. The study lasted for one year. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 cases in each group. The improvement of dysphagia was evaluated. Results The complication rate of the experimental group was lower, the nutritional status was better, the quality of life was improved, and the dysphagia was obviously improved, P<0.05. Conclusion Providing comprehensive nursing care for patients with dysphagia can reduce complications, improve the nutritional status of patients, and enhance the quality of life of patients, which is worth advocating.
