Analysis of the analgesic effect of external application of moist burn ointment combined with compound betamethasone blockade in the treatment of herpes zoster
湿润烧伤膏外敷联合复方倍他米松封闭在带状疱疹治疗中的止痛效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨带状疱疹患者使用湿润烧伤膏外敷联合复方倍他米松封闭治疗的止痛效果。方法 选取我院2019年1月1日至2024年9月30日内收治的带状疱疹患者74例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（复方倍他米松封闭治疗）和观察组（加用湿润烧伤膏外敷治疗）各37例，对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗前两组VAS视觉模拟疼痛评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组评分低于对照组，疼痛消失时间短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。对比两组治疗不良反应，观察组低于对照组，但组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 临床使用复方倍他米松封闭治疗带状疱疹时联合湿润烧伤膏外敷能减轻患者疼痛，加快康复，用药安全性较高。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of external application of moist burn ointment combined with compound betamethasone in the treatment of herpes zoster patients.
Methods 74 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2019 to September 30, 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (treated with compound betamethasone) and an observation group (treated with moist burn ointment), with 37 cases in each group, according to a random number table method. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in VAS visual analog pain scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the observation group had lower scores than the control group, and the pain disappearance time was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).. Comparing the adverse reactions of the two treatment groups, the observation group had a lower incidence than the control group, but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical use of compound betamethasone for the treatment of herpes zoster combined with external application of moist burn ointment can alleviate patients' pain, accelerate recovery, and have high medication safety.
