Observation of the therapeutic effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia
奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效观察

摘要

目的 探究精神分裂症患者行奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗的效果。方法 此研究对象为精神分裂症患者，共计68例，抽取自本院2022年1月-2023年1月期间。本研究采取对照试验，分组方法为随机数字表法，分为两组，即为参考组及实验组，每组39例。其中前者行奥氮平治疗，后者在上述基础上采取阿立哌唑治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗有效率对比显示，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前ITAQ评分对比差异小（P＞0.05），治疗后实验组高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 精神分裂症患者行奥氮平联合阿立哌唑治疗效果显著，可提高患者认知功能，且治疗安全性高。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole in patients with schizophrenia.
Methods The subjects of this study were patients with schizophrenia, a total of 68 cases, selected from our hospital between January 2022 and January 2023. This study adopts a controlled trial, and the grouping method is the random number table method, which is divided into two groups, namely the reference group and the experimental group, with 39 cases in each group. The former was treated with olanzapine, and the latter was treated with aripiprazole on the basis of the above. Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.
Results The comparison of treatment effectiveness showed that the experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05). There was a small difference in ITAQ scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and the experimental group was higher than the reference group after treatment (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The treatment effect of olanzapine combined with aripiprazole is significant in patients with schizophrenia. It can improve the cognitive function of patients and the treatment is highly safe. This method deserves to be promoted.
