Effect of pharmaceutical care intervention on therapeutic effect and medication compliance in elderly patients with hypertension
老年高血压患者药学服务干预对疗效及用药依从性的影响

摘要

目的 研究旨在探讨药学服务干预对老年高血压患者疗效及用药依从性的影响。方法 选取2023年7月1日至2024年6月30日期间收治的200例患者，采用数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各100例。对照组接受常规干预，而实验组则接受药学服务干预。研究分析了两组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度、用药依从性以及血压控制情况。结果 经过不同干预后，实验组患者在健康知识掌握程度上显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。进一步分析用药依从性，实验组患者表现出更高的依从性，与对照组相比差异显著（p<0.05）。在血压水平评估中，实验组患者血压控制更为稳定，差异同样具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 对老年高血压患者实施药学服务干预，能够有效提升患者的用药依从性，改善健康生活品质，并稳定血压水平，因此值得在临床实践中推广。

Abstract

Objective The study aims to explore the impact of pharmaceutical service intervention on the efficacy and medication compliance of elderly patients with hypertension.
Methods 200 patients admitted from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using the digital table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, while the experimental group received pharmaceutical service intervention. The study analyzed the mastery of disease-related knowledge, medication compliance and blood pressure control of the two groups of patients.
Results After different interventions, patients in the experimental group were significantly better at mastering health knowledge than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). Further analysis of medication compliance showed that patients in the experimental group showed higher compliance, with a significant difference compared with the control group (p<0.05). In the evaluation of blood pressure levels, the blood pressure control of patients in the experimental group was more stable, and the difference was also statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Pharmaceutical service intervention for elderly patients with hypertension can effectively improve patients' medication compliance, improve healthy quality of life, and stabilize blood pressure levels, so it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
