护理参与教学法在中医本科生急诊科临床带教中的研究

摘要

目的 探究分析护理参与教学法在中医本科生急诊科临床带教中的效果。方法 时间:2023年1月至2024年1月,对象:中医本科生共102例,分组:随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用护理参与教学法落实带教,对比两组考核成绩;学习能力;评判下思维能力以及满意度。结果 干预前两组对比无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后观察组理论知识以及实际操作考核成绩高于对照组,P<0.05。干预前两组学习能力对比无明显差异,P>0.05,干预后观察组学习能力高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组对于临床带教的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 护理参与教学法可显著改善中医本科生考核成绩;学习能力;评判下思维能力以及满意度,值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of nursing participation teaching method in clinical teaching of emergency department for undergraduate students in traditional Chinese medicine.
Methods From January 2023 to January 2024, a total of 102 undergraduate students majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode, while the observation group adopted the nursing participation teaching method to implement teaching. The assessment scores of the two groups were compared; Self-directed learning ability; Evaluate thinking ability and satisfaction.
Results showed no significant difference between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the observation group had higher theoretical knowledge and practical operation assessment scores than the control group, P<0.05. There was no significant difference in self-directed learning ability between the two groups before intervention, P>0.05. After intervention, the observation group had higher self-directed learning ability than the control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction of the observation group with clinical teaching was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Nursing participation teaching method can significantly improve the assessment scores of undergraduate students in traditional Chinese medicine; Self-directed learning ability; Assessing thinking ability and satisfaction is worth promoting and applying.
