Analysis of the influence of vaginal secretions on clinical urine routine test results and countermeasures
阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及对策分析

摘要

目的 总结分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响及对策。方法 选取我科室的78例行尿常规检验的患者作为研究对象，检验时间为2023年5月-2024年5月，应用随机分组法分成对照组与实验组，均为39例。对照组直接采集标本，实验组清除阴道分泌物后采集标本，对比分析两组的检验结果。结果 实验组的尿常规指标检出率及尿液标本属性相关指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 尿常规检验中，阴道分泌物的存在会影响检验结果，出现假阳性，降低检验结果的准确性，而清除阴道中的分泌物，可保证检验结果的准确性，为临床诊疗提供可靠的数据支持。

Abstract

Objective To summarize and analyze the influence of vaginal secretions on the clinical results of urine routine examination and propose countermeasures.
Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent routine urine tests in our department were selected as the research subjects. The testing period was from May 2023 to May 2024. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group directly collected specimens, while the experimental group collected specimens after removing vaginal secretions, and compared and analyzed the test results of the two groups.
Results The urine sample test results and test indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In routine urine tests, the presence of vaginal secretions can affect the test results, resulting in false positives and reduced accuracy of the test results. However, removing vaginal secretions can ensure the accuracy of the test results and provide reliable data support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
